The Spa On Wall Street
New York City
Located on the 3rd floor of the previously known as The Setai hotel at 40 Broad Street, The Spa on Wall Street is the largest private spa in a residential building, consisting of 12,000 square feet of pampering space.
The Spa offers a world of renowned treatments within an intimate space wrapped in luxurious materials.
Unique “aqua lounges” provide guests with access to thermal pools and deluge water therapy.
Water reflections dancing on green, gold, and cream mosaic tiles create an ethereal experience, where visitors are enveloped in the hypnotic calm.
Creating a tranquil space is making a psychological shift within the environment from where the client is coming from to where they are going. We mentioned adjusting the light levels, integrating aromatherapy with calming music, and eliminating distractions. Sometimes people prefer diffused light, and other times they want a complete blackout and complete silence. It’s about tailoring and creating a room that provides flexibility and allows personalization. It fosters a “cocooning” environment in which one feels safe, secure, and relaxed.
At the same building, we can find the fine-dining – Reserve Cut (RC), which is located on the 2nd floor – while the tenth floor has a dedicated 125-foot terrace containing a library – quiet lounge, a billiards room, meeting space, children’s playroom with dedicated outdoor area, and a fitness and yoga studio.
Our design of the space has earned accolades, a Zagat 4.5 rating for Decor, which has catapulted its must-see status.
The rooftop provides the ultimate urban amenity: a garden escape including a social-solarium and various exterior garden experiences, areas for sunbathing within cabanas, lounging areas, intimate conversation garden niches along with an outdoor screening room under the stars.
